Printing Reports in Two diffrent Networks

Hi all,

I am accessing nav client through RDP which is in another network i.e 178.xxx.xxxx.xxxx?
I want to print out the reports in my local network i.e 192.xxx.xxx.xxx

Is it possible to take print out of nav reports in my Local network ?

AFAIK, RDP have a possibility to share local printers. Check that your connection to RDP has such property.

Then you ought to search better.
Allow RDP to access your local printers, connect to the remote desktop of your choice.
Start NAV, make sure the report you want to print allows you to select the printer.
Print, select your printer (name will be in the form of: <your Printername> (from <your computername>) in session <x> where everything between <> is a variable)
If you cannot select your printer you did something wrong.

Hi, have you tried the UniPrinting server? Im not sure how it works but seems like the software gives you access, even through citrix..

You need to install printer drivers on terminal servers. If this also does not help then you might need third party tools like Terminal Works TS Print.
