RTC Custom Report Error after Layout Suggestion

Hi,
Has anyone encountered the following error after using the Create Layout Suggestion.
"Internal error 12 occurred in module 40. Contact your system administrator". I have done quite a few RTC reports but never encountered this error before.
The error happens as soon as the report is clicked.
