Base Currency vs Transaction currency

Hello,
Company base currency is INR and set as 2 decimals. Whereas, there are transaction currencies like USD, EUR for which the amount of decimal places set as 3:3.
When journal transactions are recoded in USD with 3 decimals and amounts gets converted into 2 decimals in amount and amount(LCY) fields. While posting, there is a roundig off difference of .001 and it's not allowing to post the journal.
Any solution for this? ](*,)

in the General Journal Form/Page, there is a function "Insert Conv. LCY Rndg. Lines" which should take care of this.
