New fields within the Outlook Integration -> Nav 4.0

the outlook integration works fine (NAV 4.0).
but i have the problem that not all fields form Outlook (e.g: "Abteilung" = department ?) are balanced with Navision. i didn't find the field in the properties in the OLcontacts in codeunit 5069.
so my question is how can i add this field to the properties or how can i get the field "Abteilung" to my navision table ?
