I think you are using Purchasing Agent Role Center which uses Purchase Agent Activities(9063)

Go to Form 9063 and you will find Tasks Links menu button...

thanks, i got solution ... at CUEGROUP - view - action .... (i create/modify in here) ....

Make sure that you never transform the form and import again which replaces all these modifications..
to avoid this modify form and transform it..
