One Lot Tracking per One Line solution

I want to implement the possibility to assign Lot No. in Sales Line table. Several cases:
When user selects Lot No. - a new Item Tracking Line should be created.
When user validates Quantity in Sales Line then assigned Lot No. should be automaticaly reserved. If Lot No. is not assigned than Reservation Entries should be created firstly, an then reserved Lot No. should assigned for Sales Line. So, the basic principal is one line per one lot.

Any ideas?
