GR Journal Report help...

when I go to print this report this comes up:

When you select "official report" you should only set posting date for G/L Entry.

Does anyone know what needs to be done?

Hello,

You must pick a Journal, a G/L Entry Posting Date, check the Official report checkbox and the you must look at the General Ledger Setup at the first tab (General) in the field "Global Dimension as Branch".

If it has the value: Global Dimension 1 (or 2) then you must choose in the G/L Entry filters of the report the Global Dimension 1 (or 2)= the branch you want.

For the first tab I choose the Journal Code. For the G/L Entry Tab I choose the Posting Date... and in the Options I click on Official Report.

There is no "Global Dimension as Branch" set.

Any other suggestions?

Hi,

If there is no Global dim as branch was set then the report should be printed correctly...

Do you get an error message?

If yes, then enable the dubugger so that when the error raises the debugger will show you where in the report code the error occured.
