Items Receipt for Unstrucutred warehouse

Hi all,
I would like to know how do I received items in an unstructured warehouse? unstructured= required receipt setup =no.
I had transfer items from hq as there is indication of item no decrease.
however when i create s/o from subsidary, items inventory level still indicate 0.
