Is there a toolkit from 4.0 to NAV 2009 R2?

Hi,
I want to upgrade Nav 4.0 to 2009 R2 .
Please tell me which version of Developers Toolkit i should use to upgrade the objects to NAV 2009 R2?
and Whitch Sql Version SQL 2005 or SQL 2008 R2 is Suitable after migraton in a Client Side.
Tks in Advance.

We are doing the same upgrade: from 4.0 SP1 to NAV2009 R2 and we have used
DevToolKit 2.00 SP3.
It works as expected... More or Less...
