Upgrade Error

Hello,
I am upgrading from navision 4 sp3 to nav 2009 r2.
In DB upgrade step, Task 12 - Initialize the Company when i run form 531 Setup Checklist i got this error:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic
Another user has modified the record for this Setup Checklist Line after you retrieved it from the database.
Enter your changes again in the updated window, or start the interrupted activity again.
Identification fields and values:
Line No.='79'
