No there is no standard NAV report that shows all the value entries for an item.
Just open the table value entry, filter on item. select all, copy pasta to excel and you have your fully searchable, modifyable "report". Beware: do not filter on the year start and end date. But use the inventory periods.
If none are available, then all the entries make up the unit cost.
