Hi anyone,
Anyone encounter this phenomenon before, after login, everything is black, no navigiation menu, menu bar... nothing at all.

Did you try Alt+F1 after login?

have tried but nothing happen,
but amazingly, when user print screen to show me, everything looks normal

its ok now, its a remote connect log out issue.
