We have Navision 2009 SP1 and a number of our users are accessing it thru RDS (Remote Desktop). I cannot get interactions to email when logged on to NAV thru the RDS. I get the attached error. The emailing function works fine when you click on a customer or vendors email in the customer card, but not these more advanced emails. All emailing works perfectly on the fat client, I just can't get it to work on RDS and my IT can't figure it out. Help!
