Backup Navision FBK Automatically

Dear all,

I am using NAV 4 SP 3 Classic Client with SQL Server. Is it possible to backup Navision (fbk) automatically through Job scheduler or anything else in Navision ? Thank you.

Why would you want to do a native backup if a SQL backup is a lot faster and reliable?

Because NAV performs some database tests during backup (database structure checks) which SQL cannot do?

You would need to script keystrokes to occur at certain time in the day. Needless to say, that session will need to be on at all times.
