Can't enter a sales line on some clients

Running Nav 2.7B cside database in a win xp environment. In sales and Rec/orders, some folks can add a new line to the sales order and when others try the Attain client crashes. The error message is below:

    Without knowing much about version 2.7 and if it uses ZUP files. I would try and delete the zup and let the system recreate it. I've seen zup files cause issues in newer versions.

    BTW: it is not version 2.7 but 3.7.

    I would first increment this cache to a bigger value. 8000 is a very low number. Generally I use 10% if the size of the data in the DB. It is possible this is the cause of the crash.


    Make sure everyone is using the correct build of the client. Maybe those who crash have a different (and wrong) build.
