NAV Connector Failed to integrate Error

We completed all the necessary configuration steps described in official document "ConnectorforMicrosoftDynamicsNAVFeaturePack5.pdf" but unfortunately the Integration yet doesn't work.

In short, the configuration steps were as follows

I exposed NAV Pages and Integration Codeunit to Form 810 WebServices.
All three services in the Services we Started (Connector dor MD NAV, MD NAV Server, MD NAV Business Web Services)
I verified the Web Services Availability
All integration and service users are added as Admins on both machines
All integration and service users are added as a SUPER user in NAV
Configuration of both CRM & NAV Adapter are "Test successful"
I imported Solution in CRM for CRM integration.
I've Imported ERP solution customizations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 using solution file
I set the mappings in Connector from template
I activated the mapping NAV Customer Card -> Account.

PS: The CRM Machine has Rollup 1 Installed; As far as I know actual Rollup is Rollup3
Server with CRM installation has WinServer2008 OperatingSystem and SQLServer2008
Server with NAV installation has: WinServer2003 Operating System and SQLServer2008,


We would appreciate any help on this topic.
