Weird SID in Windows Login (can't get rid of it)

We had a user with user domain\userid = test\jtest and sid = ending in-2875.

The user jtest was completely deleted from Active Directory and then reset up in active directory with a different user id. The new id is test\jtest1 and sid = ending in -2908.

I reset up the user id in NAV and it pulled in the correct sid (2908) in NAV. But in SQL the login is still pointing toward the original sid ending in -2875. We have gone through the set up a few times and have completely removed the user out of NAV, SQL Logins, SQL Database and even the Master Database but as soon as we put the user back in it always pulls the -2875 sid not the -2908 one. We don't even know where the -2875 sid is still stored anymore since it was deleted.

Has anyone ever come across this and what can we do to fix?
