Passing BOM + Transfer item BOTH task Through one form????

Ques: To pass a BOM we are using BOM journal and after that if we want to transfer that item from one location to another location using item journal.
How can i do this both the task through one form,(i)Passing BOM for item in one location(loc.1)then
(ii) Transferring that item to another location(loc.2)?
