the only way to have a different background color is to put a colored image behind your text.

how i m doing this
1. taking a picture box and sets source expression (companyinforamtion.picture).
2. then take a text box /label and place over the picture box.
what happend when i run this report
its shows me picture but don't shows label/text box text over this picture.
i m wanting to show the text over this picture.
please help me out guys its very urgent.
