Same LOT No. in Purchase & Sale but item & Loc. is Different

Hi All,

I have assigned Lot No. for an item-01(Assign Lot No.->RHT-01) now i purchased this item with Lot No. RHT-01 this is automatically update in Main Store Location(used for purchase) after posting this transaction.

Now this item[item-01(Assign Lot No.->RHT-01)] isalready part of a BOM of Finished Goods(FG) item name LH67854R(Brake Assembly)

Now i want to sale that particular FG item->LH67854R(Brake Assembly) from another Location name is Finished Goods Location and want that item-01(Assign Lot No.->RHT-01) automatically reduce from that particular Lot No. which is the part of FG item & also inventory quantity reduce from the location.
