Partial Disposal of FA with 0 Book Value

Hi,

I'm currently working under NAV 2009 R2, and I'm trying to make a partial disposal of one of my FA, which already has a book value of 0.
But I'm having difficulty reclassifying the FA.

When I hit the Reclassify button, although the message tells me that the "Journal lines were successfully reclassified." no changes are made in the data.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong, and if there are other methods that will let me achieve the same result, please let me know of the methods.

How do you reclass a fixed asset with 0 book value?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your feedback, and I think I was able to manage this problem on my own.
Basically, I reclassified both the Acquisition Cost and the Depreciation so that the values are reclassified under the new FA.

Hi,

Did you manage to partially dispose of a Fixed Asset? I need to keep record of the quantities per fixed asset but the system won't let me.
