RIMS Export Error

Hello,
I have been using RIMS to export static data such as Customers to excel, make some modifications and then import the changes back to NAV but for the last few days, I am getting this error:
This message is for C/AL programmers.
The call to member Import failed. Microsoft Office Excel returned the following message: Import error. No data was imported.
The system is giving this error at Export even thought the error says Import. I am using NAV 5.0. Any ideas?
