A customer of ours uses the NAV email logging.
All was working fine until they moved to Exchange and Office 2010, we are now getting the follwoing message when running from the classic client or NAS

yes tried this, on separate machines etc, also tried with different user.

1) Create a new Marketing setup record manually, (Do not replicate email logging settings)
2) Delete old setup record
3) rename new marketing setup record to blank
4) Using Marketing Setup Form, renew the outlook loggins settings.
In our case, we had to re-synch all the emails
Not a great resolution, but works.
