Excel Buffer and Excel Language Format

Hi guys,

I've got a problem with Excel Buffer and Excel Language Format. I've got an Excel Spreadsheet and I want to import it in NAV Classic Client by Excel Buffer. When my computer's language is set to German a cell that contains a date in Excel is displayed in the standard format of Germany. The same for English (US) and Dutch, even if you use the same Excel file. I assume that the value is stored in some kind of internal format and is only displayed in the country specific format at runtime. From my point of view that would be ok. But when I import the file into Excel Buffer in English and in Dutch the field "Cell Value as Text" contains the value like it is displayed in Excel whereas in German the value of "Cell Value as Text" is formatted in another way.

E.g.
    English
  • Excel: 7/31/2011
  • Excel Buffer: 7/31/2011
    Dutch
  • Excel: 31-7-2011
  • Excel Buffer: 31-7-2011
    German
  • Excel: 31.07.2011
  • Excel Buffer: 31072011
