problem in employee portal installation

I've a problem in installing employee portal in the following environment:
Win 2008 server 64-bit
SQL server 2008
NAV 2009 SP1
WSS 3.0 64bit
Am able to get Team HomePage of sharepoint (in default 80 port). Am able to start Application Server and NAS as well. IIS is running. After the necessary setup being done within NAV, the Sharepoint HomePage still does not show the Employee Portal Web Parts. What could be missing?
