Prepayment Blanket Order/Multiple warehouse shipments

We have a scenario where we may have a customer ship to multiple locations off of one sales order at the same time. The requires creating separate warehouse shipments for each location. NAV does not allow you to create multiple shipments for one sales order at the same time. We are currently able to get around this by using blanket orders and then creating a regular sales order to correspond to each warehouse shipment. The problem with this is that we would like to be able to do prepayments as well against the blanket order and you cannot do a prepayment against a blanket order. Does anyone know of a way to either allow for multiple warehouse shipments at one time or the ability to do a prepayment against a blanket order?
