Zoom is greyed out

Hello,

All our users have the Zoom feature greyed out (Tools menu > Zoom or Ctrl+F8). Only administrators can use it. Is there any security field that I need to enable to allow view access to this feature?

System 5330. You can find it under the Permissions to add to any role.
