Error at synchronize the database step of start checklist

Hi All,
At AX 2009 with Windows 7 Ultimate + SQL Server 2008;
I translated errors from turkish so maybe there were some incorrect translations, sorry...:
At 2009 enter:
Cannot update record in user informations (SysUserInfo). Cannot select any record.
At synchronize the database step of start checklist:
On () can't run a database script language. SQL server give an error.
Problems occured at SQL data dictionary synchronize. Operation couldn't run.
Can't synronize at 1 table.
I couldn't find any explanation at installation guide and that step is a mandatory step.
