Blocked Without Blocking User ID

Dear All,
I have a strange matter in NAV 4 SP3 with SQL Server 2005 SP3.
In Session Information, there is many sessions of one user although that user just open 1 NAV. In those sessions, the blocked status is TRUE, but the blocking user ID is blank although this user is not blocked. How could this happen? How to solve this matter?
