Form Type not appearing in Transformation Forms(177000)

Hi All,

In Form 177000(Transformation Forms),the Form Type & Page Type columns are Blanks for all the Forms(standard forms also).
I did Setup-->GetForms,all the forms appears in that,after that I m doing Setup-->Import FT-PT Mapping to import text file in Transformation Tool folder.But still Form & Page Type are Blank.

Please suggest how to get Form & Page Type.

You should do Get forms for new forms..
For existing forms you have to Setup-->Import Transformation Input and all 5 xml files from Transformation Tool Folder of DVD
