C/SIDE hyperlinking failed

we have created links from NAV to our Business Reporting by using the "HYPERLINK" function.
We are using Citrix.
With our NAV2009 R2 installations our problem is, that by using "HYPERLINK" depending on the user either the local-standard-Internet-Browser opens or the hyperlink fails with the error "C/SIDE hyperlinking failed".
We would normally expect, that the Standard Internet Browser (IE) on our Citrix opens when using the "HYPERLINK" in NAV. this is actually how it is working on our present NAV3.70 installations.
We already checked the user rights to access the STX file and that we are using the correct version of STX.
Our Citrix- configuration is: NAV2009 SP1 R2 Classic Client, Windows 2008 Server Enterprise SP2 64-Bit,
Does anyone have an idea?
