Collaborative budgeting/forecasting software

Does anybody have any experience with advanced budgeting add-ons for NAV 2009? We have a client needing the ability to extend the budgeting process throughout the organization. They will need not only financial budgeting, but sales/unit projections, with access to costs, prices (and increases/decreases) in both. We are currently looking at Host Analytics, but very spendy. Are you aware of any others?
