NAV/Navision Classic Client
Hi Experts,
I get the following error while posting the purchase order.
"You must not specify Posting No."
Can anyone help me to solve this error.
Thanks,
Viren.

Did you check with Debugger where exactly you are getting this error?

Some validation has been done on PO card or codeunit 90 that's why you are getting that error message.

Sometimes when you post a po & hit cancel - the header field on the po "Posting No." doesn't get cleared.
It usually not a visable field on the Purchase Header.
Add the field "Posting No." somewhere on the Purchase Header - try Invoicing tab.
Save, close, compile the form - go back into the order and see if "Posting No." has a value.
If so just clear it out and try posting again.
