How to enable "Customize Part" in RTC Role Center

Hi, I have a few Parts designed for our NAV Role Centers. If possible, I want to allow use to do a "Customize This Page/Part" on my parts and enable them to provide additional filters, properties, features, if required. How can I specify which variables or forms are available for customization by the user?
