Granule 7200 Application Builder - development on other db?

Hello everybody,
I ask you if having bought the granule 7200 Application Builder we can do the C/AL modification (not for protected table) only for the database/company having the license containing this granule or is allowed to connect to other database/company for interventions in a manner similar to partner NFR license?
