Consumption and Output Journal Entries

Has anybody developed or know of a add-on or other solution that will allow us to have shop flor personel to enter consumption and output info. to production orders without having to go into the actual journal screens? I'm envisioning a simple screen that would prompt for a few key pieces of information (prod. order #, line, type (consumption or output), and qty) and that this info. will then flow into and populate the appropriate journals?

Sounds like a lite (new for 2009) web interface may even be a possible solution since this is a repetitive and simple operation. Thanks.

I think that it is not hard to do such a form. Just table, form and one codeunit behind which will post it... :-)
