Record link table export/import

I'm trying to copy the data from a NAV 5 SP1 to a Nav2009R2 db. (table 2000000068 Record Link)
I've used the RIM, universal excel importer, XML import/export, CSV directly to the SQL server but I can't seem to move the table data into the 2009 database.
The problems always seems to be the RecordID field, it's either blanc or creates a import failure.
