Impossible to Add a New User in Dynamics Nav Users

I have a super account in dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 with all the privileges. When I want to Add a new user via active directory or sql server connection, i receive a message U don't have Sql Server Permission to activate Security. Please I want to solve this problem and I don't the solution. I have tried to synchronize all account in AD and in Sql server account without change.

    Try by adding the current windows user as a part of SQL Administrator. Also try once by opening NAV in Administrator mode(Right Click -> run as administrator).

    ps.: I have not tried this... its just a suggestion...

    To create a new user in NAV (and SQL), you not only need permissions in NAV, but also on SQL. So your account needs to have security permissions on SQL.

    I always used server role "sysadmin" on SQL to do this kind of work. But probably it is enough to have the securityadmin server role on SQL.
