Devloper ToolKit Error

Hi,
I have download the latest Toolkit from http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=1107. I created the Toolkit database using Version 2009 SP1. Imported the devtool.fob. Created a new comapny. but , when i try to open the Database to create new import version from devtool i am getting different errors, like 1048, 1046 etc.
i tried unistalling the toolkit and installed again but same thing happend.
Anyone can please Suggest on this?
