Maximum Order Quantity - creating multiple orders

I am working with a client that needs a separate PO for each container of product that they order. the planning parameters are set to Lot-for-Lot, with a Maximum order qauntity = 10000 (container quantity). The forecast feeds the planning worksheet, and Planning worksheet creates an action message for each 10,000. However when carry out Action Message is run, all of the orders that are scheduled for the same day combine on one PO rather that separate PO's.

Is there a way to make sure that the maximum order quantity is not exceeded on the PO when Action messages are carried out?
