Display Range in Chart Parts

Hi. In Excel Charts, you can set the Min and Max range on either Axis to show the Chart Lines only in a specific range. More specific to my requirement, my data will always reside in the 40-50 range, hence I want my chart's Y Axis to start at 40 and end in 50 units. However, by default, the current Chart Part's Y Axis starts from Zero to Sixty.
Is it possible to limit the range from 40-50? How?
