NAS and printing faxes..

We having a solution where we are letting NAS(3.70) print Sales orders and send them thru Zetafax server. We're using embedded adressing and print on Zetafax-printer. It works fine when logged in as NAS-user on a client...but when printing from NAS the documents are disapearing. In the event-log it's printed on the Zetafax-printer but in Zetafax they don't appear.
Any ideas?
