Email Logger delay

Hi there,

We have Dynamics Nav 5.0 and Exchange 2003 and we often get a build up of emails in the queue folder, held up usually by a spam email with large images embedded, deleting this email will usualy get the thing rolling again, which happened yesterday. Strange thing is though, we had a duplicate contact, both had the same email address, this was noticed and rectified before we unblocked the queue and the emails have logged, to the duplicate contact which no longer has an email address!
Obviously there must be a delay in how often it checks the email addresses or this couldn't have happened.

My question is, does anybody know of a way of transferring interactions to another contact, from within Nav, I know I could edit them directly in SQL but that does not seem wise to me.

Any advice gratefully received.
