checking user do changes with form

Hi all,
The Change Log table just checked changes on table. I want to check user who modified on the form. Because someone open the form and remove some fields but they are used by others.
How can we see it? Is there a system table to save this?

Before using OMA I tried to solve that problem by a daily job - writting modified flag and last date of change of all objects to a table. Comparing the entries you can easily check which objects/forms have been changed. What you can't see is who did the change and what changed exactly.
If anyone knows a better way I would be interested too.
If you have a NAV2009 R2 database you can use Integration Management to log object changes
