A problem with Notes in RTC

Hi everybody,
Can somebody explain me why it doesn´t appear "To" field when i add a note to a document? I only check true "notification" and i can´t write the due date too.
I think i have to configure something but what? :-k

I noticed the same when I am in the list of docuements (List Place), however, it's OK when I open a single document (Task Page). Like you, I was also wondering why this differs.

No, no, my problem appears in a document card. If i´m in a list, i can´t create a note for any documents. I only add notes if i´m in a document card. ](*,)
