Fixed quantity in a BOM

Hi,
I am creating BOM and I need a component that consumes a minimum and from there to the proportionality normally acts normal outputs.
For example, we have a machine that it need at least 10 kilos of greasing to start working, while consuming a small percentage work depending on the amounts outgoing.
Upon completion of the process, sometimes we can re-take the 10 kilos of greasing (depending on some factors of wear) and sometimes not.
Can you think of how to configure the BOM?
