On the right path to learn Navision

Hello everyone, Please could you help me by advising the most efficient and effective way to learn Navision and gain accreditation :?:
I am a complete novice but have 16 years IT industry experience in support. #-o
Not wanting to fall into any obvious pitfalls and all that . . .

I was in the same situation a few years ago. I invested in taking live classes that included NAV introduction and development. Also, if you are not familiar with accounting, it may benefit you in taking a basic accounting class. It's not cheap to go this route, but it'll benefit you in the long run. Most NAV resellers look for experienced consultants because they can get an immediate return on their investment. It costs them too much money to train someone new in the field. Once you get your foot in the door, and you work hard to learn NAV, you'll eventually become a valuable asset to the NAV community. Good luck!0
