Open outlook folder and select mail message

Hello,
I was wondering: is there an (easy) way to modally open an Outlook client/folder from Navision, select an e-mailmessage in Outlook and after closing Outlook again know in Navision what message has been selected by the user by a unique reference or something?
The idea is to make Navision 1. save an e-mail message from Outlook as an .msg file or 2. open the message by that unique ID.
