Hi ,

Is there any merge tool availaible that allows merge without opening nav ,and to autoupdate objects in nav after merge ? Or is there any way any merge tool can access nav objects metadata without accessing object designer or nav ?

Also dev license is mandatory for modifying objects ?

Of course, yes, you need the license, and in most cases you need NAV to export/import the objects...

As you said that only some requires import and export of objects ,how can we access trigger code from within NAV ?Is there any way we can access trigger code ,without exporting/importing objects?

I think we can do that with CodeCoverage ,
is it possible to run codecoverage with customer license with SUPER user ?
