Outlook does not open

Hello,

Our customer has a 3.1 database and a 2009 SP1 client.

When he pushes the outlook(mail) button in NAV, nothing happens. The code in NAV was without problems with the debugger, only no outlook actions.........

When I do this on our own server with NAV and outlook 2003 (same as the customer) Outlook appears whitout problems.

What can be wrong??
